Sidewall Cleated conveyor belts have found wide usage in RMC Plants , Steel Plants and cement Industries. These are used where material is to be transfered at a high inclination angle. We at TCPL has developed an excellent SUPER-ENDLESS inline magnetic seperator conveyor belting. Aluminium/SS cleats are provided at pitches as required by the client with special insert
bolts which does not damage the pulley or the magnetic plate of the magnetic separator.

Chevron conveyor belting is used where inclination angle is high i.e more than 20 degrees upto 40 Degrees . 
These belts work at higher RPM and the cleats are used to push to material upwards. 
Transflex Make Chevron conveyor belting is truly moulded i.e cleats are not pasted but are integral part of base belts. Cleats are technically designed to ensure smooth operation and maximum life.

Y - Cleated chevron conveyor belt is used in Radial Packet discharge machine of cement plants and also for truck loading machines in the packing house of cement industry . Its Y shape ensures cement bags to be conveyed without slippage 

Our specialised bag diverter belts have been modified to give high durability. They are made with nylon cords opposed to nylon fabric which is used by our competitors.
