We manufacture special purpose conveyor belt, using premium quality rubber, PVC, PU, Teflon, Nylon, Cotton, Polyester. To strengthen and enhance the durability of our conveyor belt we use steel cord.
We manufacture chevrons belts that are available in wide range of designs that can transmit both wet and loose materials on uphill or incline drives. The chevrons we use can be made up of both PVC and rubber cleating.
The wide varieties of chevron we offer are:
- Molded Chevron Conveyor Belt: we integrate stock chevron configuration during the molding of our actual belt manufacturing process.
- Slittable Cleated Belting: we integrate Mini-Chevron and V-Cleat patterns during the molding of our belt. These slits are appropriate for our conventional width.
Custom Chevron Conveyor Belt
: Our molded chevrons are available in standard and customized patterns.
- Cleated Food Grade Conveyor Belt: Our belts are molded in a homogenous process to provide a smooth flawless surface for effortless cleaning in rigorous sanitary conditions.
- Custom Rubber Cleating : Our cleats and chevrons are attached with the belt using a proprietary rubber vulcanizing process. For greater durability and utmost service life, we use high grade compounds.
- Thermo Welded PVC Cleats: We use hot thermo-weld for our PVC cleats to form a harmonized blend of cleat and cover. Our blend provide outstanding cut as well resistance against chemical and is equally stronger as the cover to the carcass.
Sidewall Belt Fabrication: It consists of a diverse variety of value-added profiles and operations, which adds value to fabricated flat belting.
